All items will be shipped by economy airmail from Hong Kong and should arrive at your destination within 12-21 days. The express delivery takes usually 3-4 working days and is the perfect solution for last minute gift shopping. If you decide to choose the express delivery please let us know in advance and we will inform you about the additional shipping charges.

Returns:
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your received goods, you have naturally the right, to simply return it to us within 7 days after receiving the item. We are more than happy to exchange it or provide you with a refund. Return shipments can be send to Germany or to Hong Kong. If, by any reason, you want to return the received item to us please contact us prior to that by email. Thereupon we will provide you with a return-code which you will be needed to write on the package from outside. This return-code is needed for our internal affairs of handling all incoming return shipments.

Damaged goods, incorrectly delivered products or cancellation:
Please check products received immediatelly against your order. If a product is damaged, incorrectly delivered or if you change your mind and simply want to cancel a product delivered by us, please inform us by phone or e-mail within 7 days of delivery. The product must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we are unable to accept the return of any damaged, incorrectly delivered or cancelled products if we have not been informed by you within 7 days of delivering them. Products should be returned in their original packaging, promptly at the customer cost. If you choose to return a product to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the transit process and we reserve the right to charge you or not to refund any amounts attributable to such loss or damage. We therefore recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
